AADR Adoption Guide
Use AADR when describing an application or system as structured, reusable data rather than only implementation code.
Steps
- Identify the representation target.
- Record its components, relationships, and artifacts.
- Link examples and source architecture notes.
- Record compatibility limits.
- Validate the representation can be understood without the original author.
- Assign a representation level.
- State whether the representation is descriptive, executable, complete, or partial.
SFDS Relationship
Use SFDS to maintain AADR as a standard suite. Use AADR to govern application-as-data representation records, architecture mappings, and compatibility limits.
