Steps
- Create an analysis manifest.
- Record inputs, tools, versions, and environment.
- Record evaluation commands and outputs.
- Preserve metrics and interpretation notes.
- Record limitations and follow-up questions.
- Define every reported metric.
- Name comparison baselines and interpretation boundaries when results are used for decisions.
