Agent Task Record

Goal

Normalize the ARHS suite so it has a primary specification, entity-named manifest, adoption guide, validation checklist, changelog, and at least one practical example.

Starting Context

  • Workspace: D:\010-CITY-HALL
  • Governing standards: WGS for workspace placement, SFDS for standard-suite shape, ARHS for release hash rules.
  • Inputs reviewed: ARHS/README.md, ARHS/APTlantis Release Hashing Standard.md, ARHS/ARHS.manifest.toml, ARHS/Validation-Checklist.md, ARHS/CHANGELOG.md.

Governing Standards

  • WGS: workspace orientation and entity-named manifest convention.
  • SFDS: standard directory contract and two-layer suite/adopter distinction.
  • ATS: task record completeness and replayability.

Actions Taken

  • Confirmed the ARHS primary specification exists.
  • Added an ARHS release hash record template.
  • Added a filled ARHS release hash example.
  • Updated ARHS manifest metadata to reference the new template and example.
  • Updated ARHS changelog with the normalization patch.

Validation

  • Confirmed required suite documents exist.
  • Confirmed the manifest points to existing standard-suite artifacts.
  • Confirmed the example records SHA256, BLAKE3, KangarooTwelve, artifact filename, size, and commands.

Remaining Work

  • Add an automated hash-verification utility after final release tooling is chosen.
  • Add a machine-readable hash record schema if ARHS records become ingested by release automation.
