This folder preserves the planning lineage behind the Aptlantis governance system. These files are not active standards unless a standard suite explicitly cites them as authoritative — see the Reference Index for the rule governing their use.
Conversations
references/conversations/ preserves the raw planning conversations, exported notes, and drafts behind the Aptlantis governance system. None of these are authoritative — they are lineage evidence for why the standards read the way they do. All are reproduced as downloadable files rather than inlined, since every one of them exceeds a few hundred lines of prose or raw export text.
