Suite Layer

NeonInk is indexed by NeonInk.manifest.toml, Governance-Index.md, README.md, and Docs/NeonInk-v0.1.1.md (see Overview).

The source tree for this standard does not actually contain a Governance-Index.md or a top-level README.md — only the manifest (NeonInk.project.manifest.toml, see References) and the Docs/NeonInk-v0.1.1.md spec were found on disk. This suite map may describe an intended or slightly newer file layout than what shipped in this snapshot of the source tree.

Adopter Layer

Design adopters use schema.jsonld, NeonInk.manifest.toml, and templates/NeonInk-Adoption-Record.md.

A schema.jsonld file was not found in the source tree either — likely generated at build time by the same tooling that produces the manifest's generates_jsonld = true output, rather than checked into source.

Validation Layer

Validate semantic palette use, theme behavior, component patterns, provenance, and SESM usage with Validation-Checklist.md.

No Validation-Checklist.md file exists in this standard's source tree. Validation guidance for NeonInk currently lives inline in the spec documents themselves — see NIPC §8, AIC §14, and APGC §23 for the equivalent per-layer validation rules.
