Governing Standards

  • Proposal: PPS
  • Workspace: WGS
  • Delivery: DDS, DRS
  • Supporting: AAS, ATS, AAMHS

Problem Statement

City Hall standards health can be audited, but trends over time are hard to compare without a structured dataset of audit results, maturity states, known gaps, and validation outcomes.

Mission

Create a local dataset that records repeatable standards-suite audit snapshots for analysis, regression detection, and release readiness review.

Design Boundaries

The dataset includes generated audit summaries, standard identifiers, versions, maturity states, required artifact presence, and validation outcomes.

The dataset does not include private notes, user credentials, external analytics, or full copied standard documents.

Success Criteria

  • Each row identifies the standard, version, audit date, and checked artifact.
  • Provenance records identify the audit script and source workspace.
  • Validation records distinguish pass, warning, fail, and not applicable.
  • AAS can consume the dataset for trend analysis.

Failure Criteria

  • Rows cannot be traced back to source manifests or audit runs.
  • Dataset snapshots overwrite prior audit history without archival records.
  • Missing artifacts are silently dropped.

Constraints

  • Technical: CSV or JSONL snapshots with stable field names.
  • Scope: Standards-suite health only.
  • Runtime: Generated locally after audit runs.
  • Data: No sensitive content beyond standard metadata and validation status.

Risks

  • Risk: Audit snapshots may be mistaken for the standards themselves.
  • Mitigation: Include source references and generated-record labels in every snapshot.

Roadmap

  1. Proposal.
  2. Define DDS provenance record.
  3. Generate initial audit snapshot.
  4. Analyze with AAS.
  5. Archive release snapshots under AAMHS.
