Legacy Draft Copy

references/PPS.md in the source repository is a byte-for-byte duplicate of the root-level PPS.md — both preserve the same informal origin-chat draft that PPS grew from (see the Overview page for the current formal specification).

No separate content is reproduced here to avoid duplicating the same draft twice in the site. If you need the raw historical text, see the Overview page's "Origin Notes" callout, which quotes the draft's framing directly.
