Planning Conversations

references/conversations/ preserves the raw planning conversations, exported notes, and drafts behind the Aptlantis governance system. None of these are authoritative — they are lineage evidence for why the standards read the way they do. All are reproduced as downloadable files rather than inlined, since every one of them exceeds a few hundred lines of prose or raw export text.

FileApprox. lengthContent
ChatGPT-Standards Framework Development.txt~7,500 linesThe primary lineage file: the long-form ChatGPT conversation that worked out the SFDS/WGS split, standard-suite shape, and much of the two-layer manifest thinking later formalized in SFDS. (Markdown-formatted text, saved with a .txt extension so it's served as a plain download rather than compiled as a site page.)
Recent_260606_152629.txt~1,770 linesA later planning-conversation export, closer in time to the July 2026 entity-manifest migration.
Convo2.txt~760 linesAn earlier planning conversation export.
Convo_260606_162244.txt~550 linesA dated planning conversation export from June 6, 2026.
Proposal_260605_144920.txt~340 linesAn exported project-proposal draft from June 5, 2026 — early PPS-adjacent thinking.
Notes_260604_135602.txt~330 linesDated planning notes from June 4, 2026.
Cli project_260605_145002.txt~320 linesPlanning notes specific to an early CLI/command-tool project idea, adjacent to what became CTS.
Projects.txt~100 linesA working list of project ideas and names from the same planning period.
ProjectDirCurrent.txt~100 linesA snapshot of the project directory layout as it existed at the time of writing, used as planning context for what became the Target Directory Map and Workspace Inventory.

Use Rule

Read these when a standard's rule feels mechanically correct but you want the reasoning behind it. Do not treat them as current authority — the Workspace Governance Standard, Manifest Conventions, and Agent Startup Procedure supersede anything here where they disagree.
